Description
For Stellaris 2.8.0

This mod allows you to make puppets from conquered countries. Puppets accept the ethics and form of government of the overlord, can expand and be integrated. They also pay 15% tribute and give 0.25 influence to the overlord.

@Упоротый рис Если вы играете за машинный разум, то принципы у марионетки меняются на фанатичный материализм, а если вы за коллективный, то на фанатичную ксенофилию. Если марионетка с гештальтом, то у нее ничего не меняется.

@A Simple Margherita I fixed this error. Paradox developers just added another required line of code for war goals. Thank you for reporting this.

It only seems to happen if I am using these war goals in particular.

Whenever I use this or the ideological vassals mod, I am unable to settle status quo, surrender, or achieve war goals. The buttons cannot be selected and the game says "This option is not available for this war goal."

@TurtleShroom ONLY default empires can make puppets, now this is the main condition.
