the S. S. Zerye is launched with this launcher mostly empty, and can still go to minmus and refuel at any base there since the vtol engines are powerful enough for the ship to land there.

Actiongroups:
1) solar panels
2) radiators
3) toggle main engines
4) toggle VTOL engines

to control the pitch when using the VTOL engines, adjust the thrust limiter of the very front aerospike, as with that engine at 100%, the ship pitches up, but with the same engine off, the ship pitches down.
giant landing gear with engines can also be added to the ship so it can land on more massive planets/moons
