Description
Devastator's warhead mounted on top of Stinger's propulsion stack and fitted with composite armour.
The result might be larger, more expensive and less agile, but it also has far more delta-v and ability to penetrate enemy PD in addition to being actually lighter and not using unstable monoprop.

This is pretty much an attempt to make a better devastator from stock modules.

Of course, you could have 9.6Mt for the same warhead mass, but pretty satisfactory overall.
