Description
Modified Lancer's propulsion stack with three rocket motors, Devastator's warhead and composite armour.

Bigger and more expensive, this missile has superior manoeuvrability, safe propellants, vastly improved ability to penetrate PD and dV rivalling some capships.

This is pretty much an attempt to make a better devastator from stock modules.

Of course, you could have 9.6Mt for the same warhead mass and (with NTRs) more delta-v with half the mass using custom modules, but pretty satisfactory overall.
