Clutch Variable Transmission prototype

Description
First prototype of clutch variable transmission, that working in KSP.
This is a mechanism that transmits rotational torque and allows you to smoothly change the gear ratio.
Use throttle for spin the balls.

@Rhizophysid Siphonophore basically its a transmission that doesnt require it to change gears, it has 1 gear and the faster it spins, the faster the vehicle will move, you see them on heavy equipment and military vehicles
