Da Nang Air Base Extra Time

Description
Same Da Nang but with minor changes
-Increased time from 30 to 35 minutes
-increased US tickets from 500 to 550
-increased NLF tickets from 680 to 715

Since Da Nang became officially supported I've only seen NLF win a few times. Time usually ran out before NLF could cap the last point or two. I also noticed that when US runs out of tickets NLF still ahas a large amount left. I increased the time and tickets while giving a few extra tickets to US,
