Mafe Vanilla refactor: Crusader

This is actually my first public mod ever done! (And maybe the first of many). On this one, i reworked the skillset of the Crusader. I always had a weird problem with Reynauld: Besides it is my favorite Vanilla hero, i always hated his base skillset, so, basically, this changes are aimed for my personal vision of Reynauld (the "leader" of the Crusade).

This only changes the Crusader skillset, not his trinkets.

A) General changes:
1) Now Reynauld works as a dual-mode hero: He starts in Heroic (melee) and can switch to Leader (support/debuffs) at will.
2) Stances of War mechanic: Reynauld has up to 3 new Ripostes at his disposition. Every one of those has a diferent mechanic and serves for a diferent proupose.
B) Spells changes:

B-1) General:


-Riposte: Now Reynauld features three!
A) Glory: Medium DMG, decent ACC. On hit buff party with bonuses vs Human/Eldritch/Unholy.
B) Slayer: Low ACC, High DMG and Crit. Removes on hit.
C) Hope: Lowest DMG, highest ACC. On hit, every ally has a 66% individual chance to get relieved by 1 Stress point.

-Bulwark of Faith is now a mode-change skill: Cannot be leveled up. On mode switch gives a non-stackeable Virtue buff. From Heroic to Leader gives 1 Block. From Leader to Heroic clears debuffs from self. This skill is NOT a free action.

B-2) Heroic Skills:

-Smite: Activates Glory Riposte.

-Stunning Blow: Stun chance lowered. Ignores guard, and features a good boost to stun chance on high torch. Also Marks the target. Activates Slayer Riposte.

-Holy Lance: Now attacks the first 3 targets of the enemy line. Base dmg scales with enemy ranks, dealing -50/60/70% vs ranks 1/2/3. Features additional critical chance if torch above 50. Also buffs the entire Crusader team with a Move resistance for 1 round. Buffs self to Riposte ACC and Crit.

B-3) Leader skills:

-Zealous Accusation: Totally revamped. Now its a debuff-AoE skill that doesnt deal dmg, but that debuff the enemy party resistances and ACC. Generates light per enemy hit. Features a 6 rounds cooldown on use.

-Inspiring Cry: Totally revamped. Now its an AoE buff for the entire Crusader team. Reduces the DMG taken and chance for critical hits taken for 3 rounds. Features a 5 rounds cooldown on use. Also increases Torch by 10.

-Battle Heal: Heals a little less, but now also heals stress and guards the target. Activates Hopeon Riposte.

C) Clarifications and gratefulness:

First of all, i tried to keep Reynauld the most balanced as i could. I accept any constructive critic for it! My work its far from being perfect, as i am an human being.
