Cities founded on Tundra provide an extra copy of luxuary resources worked by this city,
as well as receiving extended trade range for Caravans (50%).
+1 Gold and Culture for Trade Posts.

Perm - Replaces Market

The Perm is the Permain unique building, replacing the Market. As well as the yields of the Market, any resource workable by a Camp improvement yields an aditional +1 Faith and Culture.

Novgorodian Durzhina- Replaces Swordsman

The Novgorodian Durzhina is the Permian unique unit, replacing the Swordsman. The Novgorodian Durzhina fights as well as the Swordsman, however recieves a significant combat bonus when fighting in friendly territory, the bonus increasing when fighting near the Capital. Gains Faith from kills.
