Yes, there is a vanilla basketball park, but that's a large suburban one with trees and one court. The Urban Basketball Park has two courts, and is perfect for heavy urban areas, like New York-style neighborhoods. Asset stats:

No DLC is required, but there are three assets that you'll need to subscribe to. The Urban Basketball Park was made for my New Nate city (which may be available to download in the future; for now, you can download the roads-only save file ). This asset has an extremely low file size, so even your potato computer can handle it.
