Weird question but would this work with Ultimate Star Trek Warp Cores as they appear to use the same info as the reactors?

Was referring to a block that can only be placed in a survival game with admin Powers, two other test something or in combination with a safe Zone station, not to be used by normal players. Or requiring the game be in creative mode itself.
