Report a translation problem
First of all, you can't licence any of this without Stormwork agreement since you use their assets and invented nothing now. You simply put multiple asset they create together.
Second, by uploading it on workshop, you make it public and have no right on what user do with it. If by any chance, you had my first statement done, you would go against the Workshop TOS. Also workshop is property of valve and again, you use their service.
Finally, you can ask to be credited, most rightful creator do, but can't ask to make it required.
The workshop is a communauty sharing their work and helping other. If you are here for intellectual property, I doubt this is the place.
