URUZ 4 Cylinder Radial Engine

Description
A radial "piston" engine prototype

Features :
- Lots of torque
- Power efficient mode (less power usage but easier to stop and less power)
- looks cool :P

Notes :
- haven't tested on extreme load like running custom sea propellers
- can sometimes not assemble properly(will add a pulse upon spawning soon)

Stormworks needs a radial engine.
