So, I got confused at first, then I realized how this works. So, what you need to do is follow the folders to the link he has. Open the folders in order: Program Files (x86), Steam, steamapps, workshop, content, then the way I did it was since I didn't follow it properly, I looked for the numbers in the list (Each mod has its own number), then I found them, so, I copied and pasted the Liveries from the mod folder into the cars. And boom! Now, the way I didn't follow it properly was I could have just copied and pasted the Directories in the search bar, but instead I did it the hard way by mistake. Either way, I hope this helps anybody who got confused too. I would like to point out that what the developer put in there was very helpful to me.And especially if you know mods, it should be easy to follow the those links, but I am not familiar with mods at all which is why I got so confused, anyway, good night.

Ford Crown Victoria Directory = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1815979768\Liveries
Ford Bronco MK3 Directoy = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1463551662\Liveries
Dodge Monaco Directory = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1486592216\Liveries
Ford Taurus Directory = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1376493299\Liveries

you literally just paste them in there (the correct ones for the correct vehicles that is)

My LAPD Skin Pack Directory = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1825825752
