Mobile Arsenal (Vanilla)

Description
Description:
This addon for vanilla game allows you to create Virtual Arsenal at any vehicle (except boats) using radio command.

Usage:
1. Get close to any vehicle (you must be within 10 meters).
2. Select "Create mobile arsenal" command from radio menu (0 > 0 > 9);
If you are too far away from any vehicle, a corresponding hint will appear.
