Extra Ingots for refineries

Description
Adds TINY amounts of plat, gold, uranium and small amounts of ice to stone processing for refineries (not for the survival kits)

Adds tiny amounts of uranium to all ores (with plat having the highest output of uranium compared to other ores (not counting uranium ore)

does not work on survival kits.

Does this slow down the refining speed? i have over 50 refinerys, all with max speed, and it takes over 10 minutes to refine everything! thanks in advance if you get back to me!

I'd suggest giving us the amount per item eg. iron = 0.0005 uranuim or plat= 0.1 uranuim
