Valladolid Colonial houses

Description
A series of 4 houses in Spanish Colonial style inspired by architecture in Valladolid, Yucatan, Mexico. It contains one low commercial asset and three residential assets. All assets have a size of 1x2 tiles. They can be found using the Search It tool under the name 'Casa Colonial'.

Whenever i place these they build a bit and then disappear, how do you get around this?
