Hayabusa

Hayabusa was an incredible performer known best for his work throughout the 90's with FMW. He held multiple titles during his career, including the Brass Knuckles Heavyweight Championship (3x), the Independent Heavyweight Championship, and the WEW Heavyweight Championship.

Hayabusa learned lucha libre style wrestling during an excursion to Mexico after a few years working for FMW, and when he returned to Japan, he began his ascent to ace status.

In the late 90's, Hayabusa was forced to give up much of his high-flying offense due to injuries, and he retired his gimmick to become H. However, fans still pushed for the return of Hayabusa, and in 2000, the H gimmick was shelved in order for The Phoenix to rise again.

The return of Hayabusa was short-lived. In October 2001, Hayabusa was injured while attempting a springboard moonsault, resulting in him cracking two vertebrae. He was paralyzed as a result of the injury.
