UI simply doesn't work, its useless trying to click or interact with anything, but it can still be used as an easy shortcut to view your game in 3d.
However, I found a Reshade tutorial for 3d View with a headset and it seems to be doing the same thing.

(tested with Oculus quest 2, and Virtual Desktop set to Half screen.)
I'm rewriting the mod; hopefully an extra year of experience can solve some of the issues I encountered last time. (still need some time though)
For now there is a small chance that, by toggling 'hide effects' in the options, you can at least cruise your city again. But the notifications are gone...probably.
Awesome that it works on 3D tv's by the way!
(Also big fan of 3D; just sold my Oculus
Haven't played for a while and I'm totally unaware of any changes in CS.
Only on rare occasions (like this) I check Steam if there are comments about problems (like this).
I shall look into it in the coming days; will let you know!
I have never used other camera mods hence I don't really know.
My mod creates a new camera-rig and sets it to follow the original camera.
In case of movements it will probably work fine, in case of effects most likely less fine.
