Breachingcharge with Notifications

Extension for my breachingcharge mod that allows for the use of notifications.

By default the notification will look something like this: "A base is being raided at 022085, South-East of Kabanino".
The notification itself and the grid, direction and nearest location part can be turned off individually. Server owners can also add custom locations that will be picked up by the notification.

This version now requires the VPP Notifications mod.

This mod will create a file called "notifications.json" in the folder called "Breachingcharge" in your server's profile folder.
