Description
Adds the Timurids to the base game.

~~~
The Brave New World version can be found here here: The Timurids (Brave New World).
~~~

Note:
- This civilization requires the Gods and Kings expansion.
- Updates to the Mod will most likely break save games. Please do not update until you are ready to begin a new game.
- This mod overwrites the CityView.lua and CivilopediaScreen.lua game files. This is done in order to make the dummy UA buildings invisible and is purely aesthetic. However, it will cause compatibility problems with other mods which also overwrite these files (not counting any of my other mods as they use the same edits). To disable this, simply delete the "Dummy Building Folder" folder (and the four files within).

Leader: Timur

UA: Jewel of the East: Captured Cities may retain Cultural Buildings present in the City. After capturing your first City the effectiveness of your Palace is doubled.

UU: Tumen: Replaces Lancer. Earns Gold from defeating enemy Units or attacking Cities. -25% vs. Cities (instead of -33%).

UB: Maydan: Replaces University. Reduces the effectiveness of enemy Spies by 20%.

- Leaderhead background by Sneaks from Moriboe's Registan mod[forums.civfanatics.com].
-Temporary Tumen icon (until I can find time to make my own) borrowed from Moriboe's excellent Khazar mod and made by Janboruta.
- A big thanks to FramedArchitect for lua code and Moriboe for lua help and whose UA idea I somewhat (temporarily) borrowed after my original idea fell through.

The steam workshop should still have the mod if your subscribe. Otherwise, you can try using a third party website like "steamworkshop download" to manually download and install it.

how can i download this?

That is a bug with the steam workshop, not the mod. How I usually fix it is to unsubscribe before starting the game and then re-subscribe in-game from the mods menu, waiting a minute or so for the download the click. Otherwise, you can manually download and install the mod from the direct download link at the bottom of the description. Just place the downloaded file in your mods folder (documents/my games/civ v/mods).
