Description
This is a collection of 3 mods that change the way Uranium is obtained in Survival in a way that is (hopefully) more balanced for both planetary starts and space starts. The idea is:
1: Enable Uranium spawning on all planets and moons
2: Disable Uranium spawning on all asteroids
3: Make reactor components require a small amount of Platinum
With these 3 changes, planets now have something that space does not while space still has something that planets do not, but a start from either environment would still have all the other resources. Starting from a planet, you will be able to get Uranium but you won't be able to use any of it on the planet until you've gone to get Platinum and returned. Starting from space, you will be able to build a reactor but you won't be able to use it in space until you've gone to get Uranium and returned.
Moons are special - they are the only environment that will have both Uranium and Platinum. They are also rather small, so hopefully this will lead to them being rather contested.
