RGS Element - Half-Track

The RGS Element is a fairly small half-track vehicle that I made for arctic missions that require firefighting.
While suited to the role, it is also just a fun vehicle to drive around and explore the harder-to-reach parts of the world. The turning circle on this isn't great- while I've done my best with this first crack at a half-track, I'm sure I'll find ways of improving it further down the line.

- Sports a medium engine, supplying enough power to top off the max speed at around 10 m/s (22mph)

- Has an on-board large water tank to supply the water cannon when inland, while also featuring a port winch for drawing seawater directly from the sea or lake the fire happens to be near

- Total crew capacity of 2; the driver and the water cannon operator / passenger

- Makes use of Wilco's '[Easy] Advanced Engine Controller!' for a much smoother ride and better fuel consumption. The engine is set to idle for 5 seconds before powering down
