Description
Simple Rotating platform that will not Eat CPU power all times.

1. Rotor and Merge_block based
2. Timers are working only while rotating.
3. Will auto lock after rotation and disable rotor for power drain.

Usage:
Toggle rotation by button or by TriggerNow action of block named "PlatformRotate-Switch-"
