This mod sets all quest success rates for "Factions Quest" to 100%.
Enemy eradication nearby: The quest success rate when killing an enemy is 100%.
Securing human resources: The success rate of recruitment of other powers will be 100.
Shop attraction: There are no options for attraction, and residents can start shopping by right-clicking.
