Your Mod has serious issues with the rest of the game. Your starting system completely breaks every other "Stellaris" planet. You overwrote the "GENERATE_START_BUILDING_AND_DISTRICTS" command, which is used by the Vanilla rendition, instead of writing your own duplicate of said command.

Also, for some reason, the buildings change after the first month passes.

Alright, I'll solve the mystery: It's two custom starting systems and some rebalancing. Nothing special.
