This is a recreation of the map "Customs" from Escape from Tarkov. This is not an actual mission just the map itself.
To play on the map you must Host a New Session and find the scenario under Livonia. Once the mission loads you can hit save. The mission file will be located in

\Documents\Arma 3\Saved\steamMPMission

you can then open the scenario in the editor and make changes to the mission file.

I dont quite understand - is this "just" the custom terrain setup (looks very impressive), or also the EFT game mode?
