Hoverboard base (WIP unbalanced)

Description
Work in progress hoverboard base. Unbalanced, starts waving out of contol after some time, i'm not a rocket scientist, so im still figuring it out.

Feel free to use and i'll be happy if someone comes up and shares the solution with me.

Done with wiremod, fully autonomous, can hold the player and some props.
