Help Dr. Mundo free the world from all diseases with this handsome cleaver because...reasons! This precise surgery tool can aid you in making careful incisions that will make everyone happy and grateful. Collateral effects may include: bleed out, missing members, general infection and, in some cases, death.

I proudly present the second of a series of mods that will (hopefully) bring the League of Legends characters to Starbound, making Runeterra role-playing a reality! Each weapon will be carefully created from ground up, with each one containing a unique experience that will make you see new possibilities in weapon creation.

All the weapons shouldn't (luckily) have incompatibilities since it doesn't modify any original assets, HOWEVER I cannot predict how other mods will react with this mod, so remember to tell me if anything goes wrong.

This weapon features a unique Dr. Mundo experience, with most of his mechanics included in it.
Features:

• Infected cleaver to the infected - Your normal attack throws the bloody cleaver, causing % current health damage to the target, while also slowing its speed and jump height. However, you always ends up hurting yourself in the process, taking damage per throw, but will be refunded life if you hit someone (doubled if you score a kill).
  
• Smells toasty - Set yourself on fire by using shift + right click or douse by using shift + left click.
  
• Doctor's degree - While holding the cleaver you officially become a doctor, making you regenerate % maximum health but lose pain each second.
  
• No pain, no gain - You also becomes a masochist, making part of the pre-mitigation damage you receive fill your pain meter. When it fills up, you'll be able to unleash your inner sadist to make your foes run in terror.
  
• Original sounds - It wouldn't be a legit League experience if it didn't contain the iconic sound effects from it. Thanks Riot for making such amazing effects!
  
• Come to Mundo - When the pain meter fills up, you'll be able to activate your ultimate. While active, you'll regenerate % maximum health per second, while giving you an increase in movement speed and jump height until your pain meter is empty.

You can find this weapon through normal means - looting - or by crafting it at the forge, the recipe is as follow:
