Harriet class Torpedo Boat(VAN)

A new class of light, very heavily armed ship designed to deliver disproportionate damage, the Torpedo Boat class are designed for both long range fleet use, as well as local planetary defense. This class is derived from the Hermes class of Frigate, however she has been modified to suit the requirements of the Torpedo Boat design specifications.
