You can find this voice pack in English here

This mod contains 75 different audio files extracted from Persona Q, and Dancing in Moonlight for actions such as:
  • Taunts
  • Kills
  • Low HP
  • Spawning
  • Jumping
  • Death
  • No ammo
  • Spotting
Including 11 radials.
