Breath Traits Affect Suffocation

This mod makes the breath traits affect how long a dupe can hold their breath, using the same multipliers as the traits do for oxygen consumption.

Divers lungs duplicants survive 33% longer without breathing, Deeper Diver's Lungs survive 100% longer (twice as long) without breathing, and mouth breathers survive 50% as long without breathing.
