Admiral Breaker

Description
For Your Consideration, i present the HE corp's collection officer, admiral breaker(obviously just a thing i slapped together out of boredom, it waqs done in the campaign) i'd call it a drunk build, but i'm not old enough to get drunk, says american laws, i'm only 15, and i wasn't drunk, i put some time and effort into building this character aswell as thinking of a personality and some quests/dialogue, he's a more polite character and is in charge of the division that is tasked to scavenge loose chunks you may have forgotten to collect off the ground he will see if they can find loose blocks you didn't collect aswell, he can scrap the ones not of hawkeye origin, he could be the one who created some new hawkeye blocks, he won't do it often, but if he has stuff to experiment with, and time, aswell as the feeling to create, he may make a new block, and give the blueprints to the scientists for them to add it to the fabircator's blueprint list. i'm hoping the devs will approve him for being implemented into the game as a quest guy for HE. he could have a couple collection quests, like collect some resources you sell with a delivery cannon, he'll give you 1.5x to 2x the amount you usually get, you can only sell a limited amount of the rarer resources(such as celestite, ignite, and erudite) plumbite and titanite are needed for most blocks from HE, so he pays double for as many as you can get, if you try selling more than 5 of any block that HE blocks don't need much off, such as, again, the gems that can sell for 200+ blockbucks, he might say "i'm sorry, but we don't need more of these right now, maybe you can get some other gems you haven't gotten yet, i won't give you extra for these gems. see about finding some plumbite and titanite please, we're always in high demand for plumbite and titanite, we don't really need much fibron though" then he could sometimes ask for blocks, he'll be somewhere and when you approach he'll greet you like " oh, hi, glad to see you're here now, anyways, i'd appreciate if you had some random blocks you don't really need, they can be scrapped for the HE corp's home base. also, i could get some chance to invent new blocks at some point, it'll be a while, but what the engineers don't use for the home base will go to me, i could make new blocks, maybe find ways to make certain blocks a bit cheaper while not messing up the integrity, if i do, i'll be sure to get the scientists to upload it to your fabricator, a new block might take a long time though" basically, hawkeye blocks can be lore friendily added in by saying "admiral breaker was experimenting and made this type of block, the block may be a bit off-key for the corporation, but it wasn't made by someone as typical as one of the scientists nor did someone who wants to keep HE the way it is make it, so appreciate the randomness" he will also (until an update adds new stuff, which then, you will keep the discount crafting, but get a notification from breaker(if it's something from HE) that you should check out the new block when possible) give you new blueprints that make basic blocks cheaper, without messing up the integrity, or make them stronger, with minimal cost increase(usually plus one of a basic component or something), this effect will never stack, and the effect can only ever be cheaper-->stronger+price back to normal for weapons, the weapon will be able to do more damage, and shield/repair bubbles will be wider, use less energy, and repair/deploy faster, and scrapping blocks from enemies will give you what they cost post-research, he will share all his findings on block strength/cost with everyone. these will be filler effects for every 1-3 in-game days after you've done 2-3 resource delivery/block delivery requests, each resource delivery request will be the same aslong as it's from the same rank, i.e rank one requests 50, rank 2, 55, rank 3, 65, blocks have same thing, he'll give you 100% value for each block, and requests 10 at rank 1, 15 at rank 2 and 20 at rank 3. btw for the block requests, after a bit a talking, a scu will come down and take some blocks in a short range.
