You can just use this mod with Turok+. Just make sure this comes after it in your load order , or the chronoscepter ammo will still have a piece of the plaque.

It would be nice to have it built into Turok+, but that would require reimplementing the HUD entirely in script. Might be worth it for a more elaborate redesign, but not this.
