Star Wars Empire at War: Alliance Advisor

Description
Adds the Rebel Alliance's advisor from Star Wars Empire at War.

Pretty much uses almost the exact same lines as the Imperial advisor, so many of the lines are a bit hit-or-miss, but they serve their purpose.

Unfortunately I tried to update it, but since this was made pre-2.4 update, the new launcher's apparently borked these two mods. I'm trying to figure out how to fix this.

For some reason the Rebel and Imperial advisors aren't showing anymore for me- tried without other mods and they wont show. Zann one works though.
