Man Hunt Gamemodes

Description
This mod is a collection of 5 multiplayer gamemodes, united by the idea of monster controlling.

All info required to play can be found in gamemode descriptions and text effect instructions in-game, but I will list all info here too.

Once you get into "Controlling mode", first thing you have to do is switch into First-Person mode and press "Crouch" key to enter mouse input mode. After that you can navigate around the world using the following controls:
  • Use movement keys to move the camera around in the horizontal plane, and "Next weapon"/"Previous weapon" keys (mouse wheel by default) to get camera closer/farther from its target point;
  • Press and hold mouse wheel and move the mouse in order to change camera angle;
  • Use "Alternative fire" (RMB by default) key to set new camera target, and "Reload" key to reset camera to the current chapter (or spawn marker in case of Versus);

While in "Controlling mode", you can warg into monsters and control them. Press "Use" while your mouse is hovering over a monster in order to warg into it. You can only warg into a monster if it is highlighted green when selected!
If the monster is highlighted yellow, this means that either this monster is not supported to control, or your "warging" ability is on short cooldown (you cannot warg more frequently than once per 1.5 seconds).
If the monster is highlighted blue, this means that it is currently under control by either you or someone else.
If the monster is highlighted orange, this means either you selected a player, or you are a player seeing a controlled monster.

Once you have warged into the monster, your camera is glued to it and you can play using following controls:
  • Press "Fire" key (LMB by default) in order to set move target for the monster;
  • Press "Sprint" key ("Shift" by default) in order to stop monster;
  • Press "Reload" key ("R" by default) in order to make monster commit sudoku;
  • Use "Alternative Fire", "Jump", and their possible combinations with "Shift" key in order to perform attacks listed in the bottom left;

If you hold your "Toggle third person" key ("H" by default) when in controlling mode, you can see the names of all players controlling monsters and those who are not in controlling mode.

Now onto gamemodes descriptions (all modes can be player on any existing map of corresponding type, though not all monsters may be supported):

Man Hunt: Classic
This is a variation of the Last Man Standing gamemode, played on Versus maps (best played on smaller but open maps without closed spaces).
One player is the survivor, while all others are forced into controlling kamikazes and should kill him. If they succeed, the player who did most damage to the survivor, wins the round. If the survivor survives for 3 minutes, he wins.
The damage you have done to the survivor in this round can be seen in your "Score" stat field, modulo ten thousand.
Which player will be survivor is determined randomly (though taking into account previous round to avoid repetitions). However, during warm-up period of each round, and briefly after the next round started (host can pause then), the host can select the player who will be the survivor by typing

!human [playername or part of it]
(e.g. !human Kuber)

without brackets into chat.

Man Hunt: Survival
This is a simple variation of regular cooperative survival, where each player gets into "Controlling mode" after death in order to help Mental defeat alive players until everybody dies.

Man Hunt: Team Survival
This is a team variation of the Man Hunt: Survival mode. Players are divided into two teams, one if which is trying to survive while the other controls monsters in order to finish the first.
If the first team dies before Gold Medal time of the map, the second team wins, if the first team survives gold medal time, it wins.
Which team will be monsters and which - survivors is determined randomly (though taking into account previous round to avoid many repetitions). However, during warm-up period of each round, the host can select the player who will be on the monster team by typing

!monster [playername or part of it]
(e.g. !monster Kuber)

without brackets into chat. Once the round starts, the team on which the selected player is will become the monster team.

Man Hunt: Cooperative
This is a simple variation of regular cooperative mode with limited lives per player (default set to 1). Once a player loses all his lives, he gets into "Controlling mode", in which he can either help his remaining teammates or help Mental finish them.
After all players have lost their lives (or the map is completed), the map ends.

Man Hunt: Team Cooperative
This is a team variation of the Man Hunt: Cooperative mode. Players are divided into two teams, one if which is trying to survive while the other controls monsters in order to finish the first.
If the first team dies, the second team wins. If the first team completes the map, the win is theirs.
Which team will be monsters and which - survivors is determined randomly (though taking into account previous round to avoid many repetitions). However, during warm-up period of each round, the host can select the player who will be on the monster team by typing

!monster [playername or part of it]
(e.g. !monster Kuber)

without brackets into chat. Once the round starts, the team on which the selected player is will become the monster team.

Almost all resources are taken from existing Sam games, except for a few icons from the internet and a sound from Diablo II, no credits taken for those.

Аа, я не обратил внимания что это старый коммент, мне пришло уведомление, что новый коммент пришёл но видимо автор его удалил и я только старый увидел лол.
