USA buy Paris!

All players from Paris are now eligible for USA instead of France. Current internationals (not France) will still be playing for the same country but will have USA listed as a second nation now instead of France.

Players with dual nationality Kylian Mbappe (Cameron + Algeria), Alphonse Areola (Philippines), Kingsley Coman (Guinea) etc now have a decision to make but everyone I asked accepted a US call up when testing it out. A few lower rated players with only French nationality don't have a choice and are now only listed as American.

Finally, the players from Paris who are still playing in France but have lost their French nationality are actually listed as awaiting paperwork (for work permit / EU citizenship reasons) so could regain the French nationality but I don't think they will become eligible to play for France.
