Weapon Minimum Range

This adds a minimum range to sniper rifles of 4, so enemies within 3 hexes of a sniper are too close to hit with the primary shot or overwatch attack.

Most ordinary weapons of range 7 or more now have a minimum range of 2 so they will be less effective enemies attacking in close combat.

This mod is meant to be used in combination with Sniper Items Agile Overwatch
