Description

Add Exotic Crystal can Protects you from bad psychic wave.

It need GroundPenetratingScanner tech.

consume heat and electricity and Create a shield with a radius of 20.

in shield, earn psychic sensitivity - 555% buff.

Its work with every race. :)

can add or delete in saved game.

+Patch:
Friends and prisoners can also get buffs. Thank you for telling me, @LastSolution.

Actually, it can be used with 1.6...

I confirm that it works in 1.4. You can ignore red warning message, there are no any critical errors in the game logs.
However, the building is called there "Standing Lamp" instead "Mental Crystal"

You say it can be used in 1.4 but I get red lettering that states it isn't 1.4 compatible. I hope it does get updated. It is a very useful mod. Thanks to the author for creating it. I greatly miss it.
