ACI Engine Status RGB Daughterboard Microcontroller

Description
This daughterboard controls a simple RGB status indicator to indicate four different states of the engine.

Solid Green :: Engine is on and stable.
Slow Yellow Pulse :: Starter motor is running.
Slow Red Pulse :: Engine has stalled.
Fast Red Pulse :: Engine temperature is high.
Red/Green Alternating :: Low fuel warning.
