Low-level starting Base (B-A-006_start-low)

Description
This base was created as starting base on low-level with very cheap costs, and with most needed stuff inside.
Created from glass so requires silicon. Made for survive on planet with oxygen. Used in singleplayer/coop.

Was build on 08/2016 in Empyrion v3.2.1.
Updated for new Empyrion v10.4.0 - replaced old tech buildings with new one.
