Emergency constructor with O2 (BD-A_constructor-o2)

Description
This tiny building was created for emergency cases to spawn when got stuck somewhere without anything.
Additionally was added oxygen station, medical station and food processor.
Was used in both - singleplayer/coop and multiplayer games.

Was build on 12/2016 in Empyrion v5.0.3.
Tested in Empyrion v10.4.0.
