HV Snejok (H-A-001U)

Description
This is first HV what i did build in this game. It is very cheap and pretty fast. Was used as alternative to motorcycle (before it even was added).
Was used in singleplayer/coop.

Was build on 04/2016 in Empyrion v1.3.2, and upgraded later.
Updated for Empyrion v10.4.0 - replaced old tech with new.
