The Draconic Base is a development framework for the content creators of Garry's Mod. It delivers many new modular systems, a lightweight but feature-rich weapon base, and extends greatly upon the game's playermodel customization.
FOR SERVER OWNERS
Due to petty individuals targeting my codebase I have had to make serverside convars not archive. Please see this page on GitHub[github.com] for a config list of all serverside convars.
Legal
The "Draconic Base" is a free-to-use addon. Please adhere to the Garry's Mod Steam Workshop Rules[wiki.facepunch.com]. This notably includes "Do not reupload addons". Please do not reupload the Draconic Base. It is an actively-maintained project, and reuploads will create conflicts. It is a base for a reason. A proper usage agreement can be found in the License file[github.com] on the GitHub.

You have Draconic's third person enabled

everytime I install this Addon, it makes me stuck in 3rd person. I have no idea why it happens.

mat_motion_blur_strength 0, which the base automatically does if you try to disable motion blur. The reason it does this is because the setting toggle when turned off breaks all forms of blur developers have access to and doesn't affect just the motion blur. Things like rotational and zoom blur, for instance, become entirely non-functional. So as a result I have to force-enable the functionality of motion blur, but at least make sure that the effect of motion blur is not visible when someone tries to turn it off.

@xfew if you read the console print it would tell you it's already disabling the visible motion blur whenever you try to turn it off. It forces the functionality of motion blur to be enabled, but not the visible default use of it.

it is stopping me from going into third person
