ODB is most known for her time with TNA Wrestling, where she is a 4-time Knockout Champion.

She debuted at Bound for Glory in 2007 as a heel, but the crowd responded well to her drunken, crude antics in the ring. As a face, she began climbing the ranks in the Knockouts Division and eventually became champion for the first time in 2009.

ODB left TNA in 2010, but returned to the company a year later. During her second run, she captured her fourth Knockouts title, but also won the Knockout Tag Team titles with Eric Young.
