"After the world was nice and Humens had new city and happy because the combines was gone and nobody was slave or sad. President Henry Freeman and people and animals and earth had peace and in the middle of the new city was a statue that said: John Freeman; Saver Of Humens."

A attempted recreation of the statue of John Freeman in the final scene of "Half-Life: Full Life Consequences: Free Man". I've only recreated the statue but anybody is free to modify it or add the other parts of the town maybe.
