Summerdale Amusement Park Cow's Ice Cream

Description
Cow's Ice Cream is a Canadian staple of tourism areas across the country. Featuring cow themed ice cream flavours, and punny clothing. This specific building is based on the one in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and is designed to connect in with similarly sized traditional downtown areas. The walls on the left and right side are designed to be covered up by other buildings. The back is clean and designed to be seen, but not be functional in any way

The cosmic cow shirts are required if the full effect is desired, however, it is not completely breaking to not have them
