fixed common_male_asian_head_01 texture

Description
on the original common_male_asian_head_01 texture there was a gray blob on the back of his neck, this mod fixes that.
i fixed this texture by removing a alpha channel from the original psd file.

first image is original texture, second image is the fixed texture.

please tell me if this mod works or not.
