After a mysterious explosion at the command center, the only exit from the containment facility has been locked. You will have to override the system from the control button underneath the facility's engine room. You need to pass through the destroyed and flooded Chemicals Transformation Laboratory and then find your way around the triple leveled maze to end up right beneath the engine room. Storm through that room from cover to cover to avoid the turrents and then find the switch to open the exit door and escape.
