Ah I see, I just did it with a spawn door and it worked for this map im using. Might work if I do it there too.

hmmm strange, i saw this aswell, and fixed the problem by editing out the $vertexalpha shader parameter from the lockers vmt file, that fixed file apears to be in the workshop mod, which has its content loaded last, so you most likely have the original texture loading first

Hey for some reason when the AO is one some of the props are see through like the lockers and whatnot.
