Description
This is a submod for EU4 Style Ideas.

What changed:
1. Policies now require only 3 unlocked ideas from any group.
2. Political cost to maintain policy is reduced by 50%.

(2) was integrated into parent mod - no longer needed

Just as information, I changed some stuff in the main mod that you need to update to. Mainly policy cost is now done via game rules, so you can delete that file entirely. Otherwise I changed some stuff in the files so that it's easier for you to adjust the required amount of ideas.
